Key Responsibilities:
Check in gala attendees and assign them their auction paddles.
Hand out drink tickets, wristbands, and dietary restriction meal vouchers.
Inform guests of their table assignments and answer general event questions.
Offer change/cash-break services for guests wanting to tip entertainers and bartenders.

Answer guest questions regarding silent auction rules and mobile/paper bidding.

Display and walk auction items through the audience during the live auction showcase.

Assist with tracking bidders and identifying winning bids alongside the auctioneer during the live auctions.
